Since we will be partnering with local Nicaraguan churches to start kids’ and youth services, we need a program to train the leaders who will be directing these programs. Starting in 2012, we will have a 2-month training program where we will train kids and youth pastors. Once the training is complete, we will partner with those leaders and their churches to open a kids’ and/or youth program.
